President-Coordinator
This year, Ioannis takes on the role of President-Coordinator of PolyFinances. As President, he will steer all of the committee's projects, with the aim of promoting the interest of the Polytechnique Montréal student community in finance. Distinguished by his leadership, versatility and strong strategic sense, Ioannis aims to guide his team towards concrete and ambitious goals.
Drawing on his experience as Logistics Advisor last year, Ioannis has acquired an in-depth understanding of the committee's internal dynamics, as well as a vast professional network which he will continue to mobilize in support of PolyFinances. Under his leadership, the committee will carry out Mission 2025 and pursue its goal of financial education, while strengthening its initiatives in the fields of finance and technology. At the same time, Ioannis pledges to lead the team with determination, focusing on strategic actions and the committee's continued growth.
VP Business
This year, Mariana continues her commitment to PolyFinances as Vice-President Business, where she is responsible for business development and committee visibility. A graduate in computer engineering, Mariana has solid technical experience in software development, data management and renewable energies. She also stands out for her team spirit and leadership in sales strategies and operations.
Driven by a keen interest in management and business strategy, Mariana is keen to apply her skills while deepening her knowledge of finance and economics within the stimulating environment of PolyFinances. A former Vice-President of Communications for Cohort 2023-2024, she has developed a solid professional network and honed her expertise. These assets will enable her to effectively oversee the various activities of the committee, both in terms of strategic decisions and operational actions. This enriching experience, on both a personal and professional level, strengthens her determination to contribute to PolyFinances this year.
VP Logistics
This year, Yasmine is the dynamic Logistics Vice-President for the 2024-2025 cohort. She is responsible for organizing conferences throughout the academic year that enable the cohort to explore the annual theme in greater depth. Thanks to her commitment, committee members benefit from valuable networking opportunities and forge unique links with industry professionals in the financial sector and beyond. In particular, she ensures the smooth logistical operations of the committee's key events and is actively involved in the organization of the international mission.
At the same time, her experience as a student consultant with CCGP has enabled her to become particularly at ease with human and customer contact, while cultivating a keen sense of professionalism. In particular, she gained autonomy in the use of project management tools, data analysis and problem-solving, qualities she is committed to putting to good use throughout her involvement with the committee.
Logistics Consultant
Maxime currently holds the position of logistics advisor on the PolyFinances committee for the 2024-2025 cohort. In this role, he is responsible for organizing conferences throughout the year, enabling the cohort to deepen their understanding of the annual theme. In addition, Maxime plays an active role in coordinating various events organized by the committee, such as the Datathon 2024 and PolyFinances week. His past experiences with Poly-Photo and AEP have given him a thorough understanding of the internal workings of Polytechnique Montréal, facilitating the organization of well-structured events. His experience in the next generation of business also enabled him to anticipate PolyFinances' challenges before his term of office, contributing to an excellent start to the year for the committee.
Logistics Consultant
Fedwa, a member of the Pôle Logistique's PolyFinances Committee, plays a key role in organizing events focusing on economic transition and industrial diversification. She helps coordinate conferences and networking activities aimed at enriching the student network. Thanks to her experience in consulting and project management, she manages the multiple logistical tasks of the missions, both in Montreal and abroad. Fedwa also helps strengthen team cohesion by planning convivial activities. With her project management and leadership skills, she is fully committed to creating a dynamic and collaborative environment at PolyFinances. She is convinced that this experience will enable her to expand her network and discover the world of finance in a constructive way.
Strategy & Operations Consultant
VP Communications
This year, Khai proudly occupies the position of Vice-President of Communications for Cohort 2024-2025 at PolyFinances. Drawing on his experience as a communications relief last year and as co-founder of a clothing company, his mission will be to manage the organization's visual identity, ensure consistent interaction between all poles and oversee all external publications. This role includes responsibility for increasing the committee's visibility and influence within the school and with numerous partners. He/she will also be responsible for developing and managing sponsorship proposals to foster corporate partnerships, while forging links with other university committees and corporate partners to support various events throughout the year.
Communications Consultant
This year, Rim has taken on the role of communications advisor. Her role will be to create and promote the committee's visual identity across all activities and publications. Following her role as graphic designer with the Polytechnique student association, Rim has acquired strong marketing skills. With a keen interest in organizing networking and conferences, Rim is committed to raising the profile of the committee both internally and externally.
VP Software
Rayan is Vice President Software at Polyfinances. His responsibilities include organizing the annual Datathon, maintaining the IT services developed by Polyfinances, such as FinXplore, and coordinating the Software Division. After a year studying pharmacy, his passion for technology led him to start studying software engineering to acquire skills in data science, artificial intelligence and robotics. He joined Polyfinances to further develop his project management and market analysis skills, which will help him in his career to develop and market healthcare technologies.
Software Consultant
Jérémy holds the position of Software Advisor at PolyFinances, where he is entering his second full year on the committee after a rewarding stint with the succession team. He is actively involved in the annual Datathon, the redesign of the website and the development of an innovative internship search platform. With an internship in artificial intelligence under his belt, Jérémy uses his skills to design the Datathon case study, combining technical expertise with strategic relevance. With a degree in software engineering, he has built up a wealth of experience over the years, covering project management, development of digital solutions and data analysis.
His involvement with PolyFinances enables him to hone his leadership and collaborative working skills, while preparing for a career that will enable him to combine his financial and technological knowledge. For Jérémy, this enriching involvement, on both a personal and professional level, strengthens his determination to contribute to PolyFinances' influence and make it a lever for innovation and development throughout the year.
VP Mandates
This year, Yavor takes on the role of Vice-President Mandates. His role enables him to support the coordinator closely, while strengthening and developing new links with the committee's various partner companies and organizations. Responsible for launching and managing mandates throughout the mission, Yavor and his team ensure that they have all the tools they need to carry out their assignments. Having originally studied civil engineering, Yavor's passion for the world of construction and management led him to pursue his studies at Polytechnique. With his passion for business strategies, the PolyFinances committee was of particular interest to him. Thanks to his numerous management and construction internships, Yavor supports the committee with the skills he has acquired to ensure its success.
Mandates Consultant
This year, Pierre-Olivier proudly occupies the position of Mandates Advisor. Drawing on his experience with Polytechnique's Management Consulting Committee (CCGP), he was an ideal candidate for this role, where he proposes consulting mandates to companies and manages project teams. He also organizes training courses to develop the committee's skills. After internships in healthcare and biomedical research, he turned to finance, while retaining a keen interest in biomedical technologies. At the same time, as an ambassador for Polytechnique's Propolys incubator, he strengthens the links between finance and entrepreneurship.
VP Financing
Treasurer
This year, Salma has enthusiastically taken on the role of Treasurer at PolyFinances. With her expertise in financial management and budget analysis, she plays a crucial role in developing and monitoring the committee's budgets. Thanks to her rigorous approach and ability to anticipate financial needs, she ensures sound management of resources while supporting PolyFinances' strategic initiatives. Her long-term vision and analytical skills enable her to propose innovative solutions to optimize the use of funds and guarantee the sustainability of projects. Highly committed to teamwork, Salma works closely with the Financing department to achieve ambitious financial targets and strengthen PolyFinances' economic stability.
Financing Consultant
This year, Ahmed Mellouki proudly occupies the position of Financing Advisor at PolyFinances. As such, he plays a key role in the committee's financing strategy, focusing on negotiating with potential sponsors and developing lasting partnerships. With his expertise in project management and business relationship optimization, Ahmed actively contributes to the expansion of PolyFinances' network of partners, while ensuring that financial objectives are met. His strategic approach and ability to innovate in the search for financing enable PolyFinances to strengthen its visibility through fruitful collaborations. Backed by his experience in consulting and team management, Ahmed also ensures that every initiative undertaken benefits from solid financial backing, guaranteeing the sustainability of the committee's projects.

This year, Lina holds the position of Financing Advisor at PolyFinances, where she combines her skills in project management and partnership strategy.
